Student Enrollment is by Appointment ONLY and at this time, ONLY for the 2019/2020 School year.

2020/2021 Enrollment will start on March 16, 2020.


NO Walk-Ins will be accommodated.

Registrar's Office is by appointment ONLY. Please email Principal Amanda Melsby if you wish to set up an appointment.


REQUIRED: Please click on link above to provide requested appointment information. You will be sent an appointment confirmation via email from the School Registrar.

The link is a tool we use so we may verify your information such as:

  • The full legal name of your child
  • The child’s current age (they must be age appropriate in order to attend High School)
  • The child’s date of birth (Placement of your child is based on their birth date)
  • Parent(s) or Legal Guardian must have photo ID with them at the time of enrollment
  • Parent(s) or Legal Guardian and child must currently live in Fremont in order to be enrolled within Fremont Unified School District.

At the Enrollment Appointment the following documents MUST be provided in order for enrollment to be completed.

  • Child's Current Immunization Records
  • Child's Original Birth Certificate or Current Passport
  • Previous School Transcript and Final Grades (Junior High & High School Grades are required)
  • Withdrawal Paperwork from previous school
  • Proof of Residency


Proof of Residency:

You must provide 2 of the following examples in order to enroll your child into a Fremont Unified Schools. The bills provided must be in their original format, no emailed documents or pictures taken of bills will be excepted.

The following are examples of accepted Proof of Residency items. Please note that the Utility Bills must be dated within the last 30 - 45 days, and clearly state your address and the Parent(s) full legal names.

  1. Mortgage Statement or Renters/Lease agreement
  2. Property Tax Statement
  3. Utility Bill (PG&E, Water or Garbage) can bring two different bills for Proof of Residency
  4. Parent's Pay Stub - not your W2 form
  5. Voter Registration
  6. Declaration of Residency form: for more information visit our Declaration of Residency page.
  7. Government Mail

Enrollment Appointments for New Incoming 2020/2021 Students will start as of March 16, 2020. Please clink the link for the Timeline for more information provided by Fremont Unified School District.


Parents can use the Enrollment Link at the top of this page for 2020/2021 Enrollment Appointments as of February 18, 2020. The use of this link before February 18, 2020 in regards to 2020/2021 Enrollment will not be given an appointment.
