Transcript Procedures

To Request A Transcript:

ALL requests must be submitted via MAIL only.

 Please provide the following information:

  • Student's Legal Name at time of Graduation
  • Graduation Year
  • Date of birth
  • If applicable, Signature from student giving you permission to request the information.

There is a $5.00 fee for EACH official transctipt requested. For this reason, we do not accept telephone, or fax requests. Those requests will go unanswered.

Your completed request will be finalized first in first out and within the month that it is received.

IF we can not locate the student, we will still process your check, or money order due to our time spent researching it.

Mail exact cash amount, or make your check or money order payable to: Irvington High School
