Freshmen Students Learn Relaxation Techniques to Reduce Stress

Over a five-week period, Irvington High School partnered with Heartfulness to bring five sessions of relaxation and meditation techniques to freshmen students during their PE classes. The sessions were designed to help students reduce stress, maintain focus and set healthy priorities both in school and in life.
